This handmade modern wood side table is made from a combination of unusual Zebrano wood and black Palm wood legs. It is truly unique, this is the only one.
Both these woods are very hard, the palm wood legs have a similar look and feel to Ebony. Several tree species produce this very distinctive grain pattern which makes Zebrano wood.
All the wood on this end table has been treated with a natural (tung) oil, and the top has been finished with a beautiful furniture wax to give a deep sheen.
Handmade in Devon from FSC Certified timber, the modern side table has been crafted using dowel joinery.
The wax finish requires regular care to maintain the lovely shine and coasters are recommended.
Wood is a living product and has natural flaws and discrepancies that make every piece unique and full of character.
